Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Clients returning for a refill within 24-36 hours after exposure to heat, humidity, or water will be charged the full refill price.

Cancellation less than 24 hours $35
No show $35
Late more than 15 min will be rescheduled and charged $25

Treatment Packages

Late cancellation or No Show will be considered as “treatment used”.

The cancellation policy will allow us to provide the highest individualized service to our customers.

to hold your reserved time.
